Whe you are pregnant,
you can wear just few of your
dresses,
and you want to dress
comfortable dresses,
but not horrible dresses!!!
So, when my mother in law
gave me that dress
I thanked her, but thoought:
"mmmm no way, I won't wear you!"
Quando sei incinta
puoi indossare solo alcuni vestiti
del tuo armadio,
e vuoi indossare vestiti comodi,
ma non vestiti orrendi!!!
Così, quando mia suocera mi
ha regalato questo vestito,
l'ho ringraziata ed ho pensato:
"mmmm, non esiste, io non ti metto!"
Anyway, my belly has grown in the last
weeks and finding something to wear
(especially with this hot weather)
is more difficult.
I don't want to spend money and money
in pregnant clothes or extrasize
clothes that I won't wear anymore,
so I decided to give this dress a chanche.
Tuttavia, la mia pancia è cresciuta nelle
ultime settimane
e trovare qualcosa da mettere
(specialmente con questo caldo)
è sempre più difficile.
In più non voglio spendere soldi in
vestiti premaman o vestiti extralarge
che poi non metterò più, quindi
ho deciso di tirare fuori quell'abito e dargli una
seconda chanche.

Ok, before starting: I'm not a seamstress,
I've just tried to make this dress nicer
according to my taste.
I've cut a piece at the end of the dress
to make it shorter...
...before it was to long and made
me look like a sort of bottle with a belly...
Then, with the piece cutted I've created
two shoulder straps which
have made more comfortable
the dress.
Ok, prima che inizi: non sono assolutamente
una sarta, ho solo provato a rendere questo
vestito più carino e più vicino ai
miei gusti.
Ho tagliato la parte finale del vestito
per renderlo più corto...
...prima mi faceva assomigliare ad una
sorta di bottiglia panciuta...
Poi ho creato 2 spalline con il tessuto
ritagliato che hanno reso il
vestito più confortevole...
Then, I created
a rosette to apply
at the dress.
Poi, ho voluto creare una rosa
da applicare
al vestito.
Finally I've sewn all toghether
and this is the result!
Infine ho cucito tutto insieme
e questo è il risultato!
I like it better now!
