font-size: large;"><em>QUICHE DI ZUCCHINE</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><em>Ingredienti:</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* 2 grosse zucchine</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* 250 gr di ricotta</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* olio extravergine d'oliva</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* aglio</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* 2 uova</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><em><span style="font-family: Verdana;">* latte</span></em></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* timo</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* origano</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* sale</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* parmigiano </em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>* 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia</em></span></div><br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">HOW TO DO IT:</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"> First cut the zucchinis and cook them for 10 minutes with thyme and oregano in a frying pan where you have </span><span style="font-family: Verdana;">warmed the olive oil with some garlic. Leave them cool.</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">In a bowl mix the ricotta cheese with the two eggs and a little bit of salt. Add as much milk needed to create a soft, creamy stuffing. When the zucchinis will be cool, then add them, but throw away the garlic.</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">Unroll the sheet of pastry and place it in an oven proof dish (mine is heart shape!). Fill the pastry with the stuffing and place the quiche in</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">oven. Cook it at 180° for 15 minutes. When it's quite ready, add the parmesan cheese on top and grill it for 5 minutes.</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>COME SI FA:</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>Per prima cosa tagliate le zucchine e mettetele a cuocere per 10 minuti con timo e origano in una padella in cui avrete scaldato dell'olio extravergine di oliva e alcuni spicchi di aglio. Poi lasciate raffreddare.</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>In una ciotola aggiungete alla ricotta le uova, un pizzico di sale e tanto latte quanto è necessario a creare un composto cremoso. Quando le zucchine si saranno raffredate, aggiungetele.</em></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><em>Srotolate la pasta sfoglia e mettetela in una teglia da forno (la mia è a forma di cuore), riempite con il composto e mettete in forno a 180° per 15 minuti circa. One gorgeous home three ways...well almost

If you've been reading my blog for a while, you may remember <a href="http://driftwood-interiors.blogspot.com/2010/08/one-gorgeous-hometwo-ways.html">this post</a>, when I featured one of my favourite houses. It was originally built by artist Marcella Kaspar and her husband, Mark Cooper, and later sold to Maggie Tabberer. Well, Marcella and Mark have since built another home, with a similar floorplan, but this time they decided to change things up a little, and the results are just stunning.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
