Hallway Inspirations

Non vi ho mai fatto vedere la

mia entrata.

E un motivo c'è. E' ancora tutta

da finire!

I've never shown you my
hallway. And there's a reason.

Innanzitutto dobbiamo
cambiare il portoncino.
Ce ne serve uno con le finestrelle
per dare un po' di luce all'entrata,
altrimenti  abbastanza scura.
Pensavamo di poter riutilizzare quello esistente,
ma il falegname ci ha detto che non è possibile.

First of all we need to change the entry door.
We need one with windows to enlight
the entryway, which is quite dark.
We thought we could restore the one we have,
but the carpenter said it's not possible.

Poi dobbiamo terminare il mobile per le giacche
e le scarpe. Sarà un mobile DIY che prende
ispirazione dalle foto qui sotto.

Then, we have to complete the coat stand
and shoes organizer. It will be a DIY piece of furniture
and these pictures are our inspirations.

Di fronte al mobile giacche/scarpe,
c'è al momento uno specchio.
Sotto mi sarebbe TANTO
piaciuto mettere una panchina,
ma purtroppo non c' è lo spazio!


On the opposite wall of the coat stand
there's a mirror and I would LOVE
to place a bench under it.
Unfortunately there's not enough space!

Per cui abbiamo preso una mensola
(che devo dipingere e shabbare)
a cui vorrei aggiungere delle
staffe in metallo.

So we bought a shelf
(which has to be painted)
and I want to add to it
a couple of metal brackets.
